Some of this, some of that, and a good bye.

My entries are few and far between, then again nowhere is it written in stone that I must post daily to this thing huh? Anyway here is what’s been happening. On Sat Kiddo had her b-day she is 14 now yeha, had some people over had some cake had some ice cream blew out some candles and she got some gifts, mostly gift cards which is what she wanted. Now she needs to go buy clothing with all her gift cards (or as my wife would say indulge in some heavy retail therapy.

Kiddo started school today YEHA my vacations here! Ok that way not very nice, and I am joking; she is very excited about getting back to school so that is good.

BTW she is now 14 and is KS that means she can get a learners permit, note I said Ks will let her have one not that I would let her have one (not to mention her mom) but I think in a bit I might take her out to the middle of no where and give her a driving lesson in a stick shift truck no less. That should teach her some humility he he ha ha ho ho. It should be fun I am looking forward to teaching her to drive.

I just found out a very good friend of mine (known since kindergarten) is moving 3 hour away and starting over. Long story short a lot of bad choices were made and they finally caught up to him and is starting over on every thing but his job, that he choose to end after he finds a new job. Here is to wishing him the best of luck with the start over. I know he will enjoy where he is going a lot more than he enjoys where he is. On the plus side the area he is going to I have some family in so I am down there every few months anyway so its not the last I will see of him, I am going to miss watching football with him (GO Chiefs).
